NATIONAL DAY MESSAGE TO GHANAIANS IN DENMARK AND SWEDEN BY AMBASSADOR SYLVIA NAA ADAAWA ANNOH

6 Mar, 2023 by admin General

Fellow Ghanaians, on this auspicious day of Ghana’s 66th Independence Anniversary, I wish to convey warm felicitations to my compatriots.

Our independence sixty-six years ago, was not just a moment of immense pride for Ghanaians but also a symbol of hope to many. Today, we recognize the sacrifice of our forefathers and are reminded of our charge to continue to build our country in unity.

Our country has not been spared the harsh effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and the current global economic downturn. This year’s theme “Our Unity, Our Strength, Our Purpose” is a reminder for us to unite as a people with a common destiny to support our country’s development, cognizant that by working together, we can effectively recover from the post-pandemic and external shocks, to develop a better Ghana.

Fellow compatriots, I urge you all to contribute your quota towards the building of our dear country, for our collective benefit.

Thank you.

Ayekoo!

Long live Ghana!
